The HSBC BWF World Tour Finals 2024 line-up is set.
Following the closure of acceptances on Friday 29 November, Japanese mixed pair Hiroki Midorikawa/Natsu Saito, who had finished just outside the qualifying spots in the HSBC Race to Finals, were promoted into the top eight in place of Kim Won Ho/Jeong Na Eun. The Koreans opted out with Kim enlisted for mandatory military service.
The top eight in the other four categories remain as announced on 27 November.
Held in Hangzhou, China, from 11 to 15 December, the HSBC BWF World Tour Finals features a prize pool of US$2.5 million.
The group stage draw will be conducted on 7 December at the Intercontinental Hotel in Hangzhou.
The unveiling of the new HSBC BWF World Tour Finals trophy will also take place during the draw, which will be streamed live on BWF TV, Facebook and Weibo from 11am local time (UTC +8 hours).
