The Badminton World Federation (BWF) can announce a change in dates for the HSBC BWF World Tour Finals 2025 from Week 50 in the calendar (10-14 December) to Week 51 (17-21 December) due to necessary venue rescheduling by the Local Organising Committee in Hangzhou.

The last qualifying tournament where players can earn HSBC Race to Finals ranking points remains the SATHIO GROUP Australian Open 2025 (18-23 November). Invitees to the HSBC BWF World Tour Finals 2025 will be confirmed on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

A player or pair’s best 14 results from BWF World Tour tournaments in the qualifying period will count towards the HSBC Race to Finals ranking.

The HSBC Race to Finals ranking period for season 2026 will start with the Syed Modi India International 2025 (25-30 November) and will end with the Hong Kong Open 2026 (17-22 November).
